FetusPlus USA Terms of Use

General Terms of Use for intended parents and gestational carriers are under legal review and have not yet been approved for publication. The CIS/Kazakhstan terms previously shown on this route do not apply to the FetusPlus USA service and have been removed from the USA build.

This status notice is not a substitute for the final USA Terms of Use. The final document must be published before MVP or broader public launch.

Agency terms

Agencies are covered by a separate interim document. It applies only to agency organizations and their staff; it is not the general user agreement for intended parents or gestational carriers.
