1. Public policy summary
FetusPlus Care
FetusPlus Care is the official in-product route to a person for support, privacy, safety and account questions. It is not an emergency service and does not provide medical or legal advice.
Fetus AI
Fetus AI is an automated private assistant, not a person or a participant in your human chats. It may be wrong. It uses only the context allowed for the current request or session and does not automatically read all of your human chats. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.
Safety Guardian
Safety Guardian is an automated protection layer that may check message attempts under platform rules. It is not a participant in the chat. A delay or technical timeout does not mean you broke a rule. High-impact account restrictions are decided by a person.

3. Canonical delivery states
The accepted states are:

Only SENT is visible to the counterpart as a delivered message.
4. Privacy/activation gates
Fetus AI must remain unavailable for production user data until the exact provider, model, processing region, retention, training use, subprocessors, deletion behavior, contract and incident route are accepted and disclosed.
Selected-message sharing remains disabled until all product, privacy, participant-disclosure and technical gates are accepted and evidenced.
No public copy may promise perfect detection, guaranteed safety, professional accuracy or counsel approval.
